Anonymous voting for strata schemes & owners corporations
Strata votes get heated — committee elections, contentious by-laws, special levies. A secret ballot keeps them fair, and an emailed link lets owners vote without having to attend in person.
Built for the decisions strata councils actually make.
Fair results everyone trusts.
Owners vote more honestly when neighbours and the committee can't see their choice — especially on levies and by-laws. You still get proof of who voted (for quorum) without ever linking a ballot to an owner.

Questions strata councils ask.
Can owners vote without attending the meeting?
Yes — each lot owner gets a private link by email and can vote from anywhere before the deadline.
Can we run several motions at one AGM?
Yes — put every election and resolution on a single ballot; owners vote on all of them at once.
Does it handle votes weighted by unit entitlement?
Not currently — every eligible owner gets one equal vote. For committee elections and most resolutions that's exactly what's needed; for entitlement-weighted polls you'd still need a manual count.
